The CST includes two Credits with “minimum effort thresholds''below which Credit points are deducted. These are listed in Table 5 and detailed in Appendix A. These two irrigation related Credits were considered by the Science Expert Panel to be most important to support the performance effectiveness of other Credits, particularly shade related Credits. Credit point deductions will lower a project's overall Cool Suburbs Star Rating.
